Joseph Paul Franklin

Joseph Paul Franklin was an American serial killer and white supremacist who murdered sixteen people between 1978 and 1980. He either admitted to, or was convicted of, shooting 22 people across ten U.S. states, which he drifted between while likely supporting himself with money from bank robberies.
