Ilkin Dovlatov is an Azerbaijani mugham singer. He rose to prominence after finishing second in The Voice of Azerbaijan . Accompanying Fahree, he represented Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "Özünlə apar".
