We entered the studio at the end of feb. 2015 (3 days recordings) with the idea of having a unique sound, very recognizable, that enhances the flow of our ideas that are born in our beautiful rehearsal room, the old mill in Albone. Andrea "Drew" Scansani, the sound technician convinced us to record in live. It has been very exciting, in the cozy little studio there was a good flow and we were very relaxed.
At the end of the third day, Fredo added the synth, with the melodies he had in mind. We let him doing it and we enjoyed the result.
We named our album "Triosophy", because we have tried to realize in our own way the concept of playing in a instrumental trio.
Playing without voice, a second guitar or keyboard may suggest a music with "limits".We have been trying to overcome them, thanks to the visions that are the basis of our songs, songs that all carry a melody in itself, a music line that may be whistled or sang.
Drew also took care of the mixing and mastering : for us, he did everything in a excellent way!
