A collection of unreleased/unavailable tracks.
- 'Mutanever' was written in 2017, after Bangface Weekender that year. I got excited and made something new in two days.
- 'Cereal' is from a few years after Flowers. Written in Charing Cross, Glasgow, in between bouts of World of Warcraft.
- 'VST Dub' was always kicking around, just for playing live. Most sounds courtesy of the trusty Novation V-Station.
- 'Music Fang' is one of my favourites. I think it was the first tune I made in Ableton Live, after using Cubase for years. There's a low pass filter with too much resonance on some drums at one point that still annoys me.
- 'Hepatitus' samples Blonde Redhead. I think it was called something else on a Meganeural release, but that's the name of it on my hard drive. The intro is awful, sorry.
- 'The Bunker' is a rave tune, named after a warehouse that hosted parties in the early 90s near East Calder, where I grew up. I never got to visit.
- 'AIFF Dub' was written in 2017 for no real reason. I called it an Acrnym tune because it hits pretty hard. The last tune I wrote before moving to Berlin, so it's a sort of ode to London. It's mastered super loud. Sorry again.
- 'Core as Fuck' samples Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, Slayer and that Dizzee Rascal break.
- 'Tidal Blade' had a different name, but it's this now. Didn't fit on Flowers (not shiny enough), and no idea why it wasn't on Bone Structure.
- 'Synthetic' was the first tune I wrote with Renoise. Written around the same time as 'Music Fang' - I guess I was using all the software I could.
