Sangue Negro, pianist Amaro Freitas' debut album ( 2016 ), produced by Rafael Vernet, accompanied by bassist Jean Elton and drummer Hugo Medeiros, featuring saxophonist Eliudo Souza and trumpeter Fabinho Costa. The album reopens an authorial jazz lineage. Minimalism, Bebop, Afrojazz, Samba, Frevo and Balada, these are some of the sounds that permeate Sangue Negro.
