While still keeping all the proggy goodness of its debut album predecessor, 'A Room With a View of More Rooms,' Clayton's objective with this album was to lean further into two, often very different, attributes: heavier and catchier.
The result is an album that pushes the contrast between intricate, high-energy riffing and memorable motifs. Across the album, infectious grooves and twisting time signatures meet fluid melodies, jazz-infused chord progressions, and irresistibly catchy hooks.
