I would like to thank Ecologistics.org for believing in me and supporting my ongoing efforts to bring music into our health facilities as part of the culture and environment. Ultimately, music that is used as medicine. This album is a collection of some of the most effective therapeutic songs from my practice as a Certified Music Practitioner.
As a Certified Music Practitioner, I use the intrinsic elements of music to meet an individual patient's needs and/or condition - meeting the patient where they are in the moment. I have developed a repertoire of songs that resonate deeply with people. Songs that reach deep into the memory, sometimes drawing out emotions that have long been dormant.
With years of experience, I have become a master at using my improvisational abilities to deliver appropriate music to aid in the healing process of a patient's specific condition. This album presents each song in its full form, and does not necessarily represent how I would play them in a therapeutic setting.
