" The Greek Stoner Rock/Metal scene has came on leaps and bounds over the last 10 years or so with a wide range of different bands starting to gain some International Attention. Though the scene is also providing new emerging talent to take notice of such as Devil Flower Mantis.
The band play a mixture of Blues Rock, Psych Rock, Doom Metal, Desert Rock and Stoner Metal. The band are perhaps influenced by KYUSS, Black Sabbath and CLUTCH the most. Devil Flower Mantis have their own demented and confident swagger to standout from the crowd.
Overall, Devil Flower Mantis is a welcome addition not only to the Greek Stoner Rock/Metal scene but the worldwide Stoner Rock/Metal scene as well. This is an EP that should get people talking of what great bands to lookout for in the future.
