CUT: 30 Years of Activity, a Celebratory Tour Across Italy and the UK, and the Reissue of Bare Bones In 2026, CUT celebrate thirty years of activity — a milestone that confirms them as one of the longest-running, most independent and tireless acts in the Italian rock scene. To mark the anniversary, the Bologna-based trio announce a tour across Italy and the United Kingdom, along with the vinyl reissue of Bare Bones, their third album, long out of print and unavailable since its original release in 2003. Originally released at a crucial moment in the band’s history, Bare Bones stands as one of CUT’s most significant works: a raw, direct and stripped-down record that documents an important phase of transition and sonic redefinition. The new edition — out on January 16, 2026 via Area Pirata Records — finally brings the album back in the format most loved by the band and their fans, restoring the visibility it deserves. Over the course of three decades, CUT have built a solid international live reputation, touring extensively across Europe, the UK and the United States, and sharing the stage with artists such as Iggy & The Stooges, Mudhoney, The Make-Up, Uzeda, Royal Trux, The (International) Noise Conspiracy, The Hives, Heavy Trash and Violent Femmes. Their fierce, minimalist attitude has made them one of the most respected Italian bands within the punk/noise and high-voltage rock scenes. The 30th anniversary tour will see the band hit the road once again with a series of dates across Italy, continental Europe and the United Kingdom, celebrating a journey that, from 1996 to today, has never lost its intensity.Expand
