Es la puesta en escena del segundo álbum de Kumar Sublevao-Beat.
En esta nueva propuesta discográfica de Kumar hay una síntesis de la gran influencia
de la cultura afrocubana en su música.
Desde las enérgicas y desenfrenadas células rítmicas de la influencia del ciclo
Congo-Bantú, hasta las melodiosas cadencias Yorubas de los tambores Batas,
combinadas con ritmos urbanos contemporáneos tales como el hiphop, reggae, jazzfunk…
Alimentados con samples de añejas sonoridades llevados al directo a través de lives
Session con el Mpc y sintetizadores analógicos, sesiones de metales y percusiones en
directo. Todo esto fundamentado con textos con un alto énfasis en el sentido de
identidad con la cultura afrocubana pero también con un enfoque conciente, critico y
educativo sobre la sociedad global de estos tiempos.

In this new disco-graphic release there is an very important combination between the
influence of afro-cuban culture and his music.
From the powerful and frenetic rhythmical cells of Congo-Bantú cicles, to the melodic
Yorubas cadencies of Bata drums mixed with contemporary urban rhythm like Hip-Hop
Reggae, Jazz-funk.....
Rich of vintage samples take it to the live-session trough the Mpc and the analog synths,
winds session and live percussions. All this elements are supported by lyrics compromised
with the afro-cuban identity and focus also on consciousness, critic and educative point of
view about the global society of this time.
