Propaganda campaigns will try to lead you to believe that the genocide of the Palestinians: 1. isn't happening & 2. is a newer concept that people have come up with. Both these beliefs are factually incorrect.
Zionism is a nationalist movement, a movement which seeks to expel the Palestinian people from their homeland, and to establish a majority Jewish state in what's left of Palestine. Zionism does not represent the entirety of the Jewish people. Many Jews are staunchly anti-Zionist. Conflating anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism is one of the main tools Zionists utilize in their propaganda campaigns.
It's understandable why Zionism came to be. The Jewish People have been discriminated against for centuries. By the time Zionism came to be (late 1800's), the process of Jewish emancipation had just begun. All the way back to the 1200's, Jewish people were subjected to legal restrictions and obligations, known as Disabilities. No one deserves to have their bodily autonomy limited, with harm to others being the exception.
The problem with Zionism is that it acts the same way for Palestinians as the Disabilities did for Jewish people. They were due assimilation and emancipation for so long, and to see them turn around and do the same thing to the Palestinians is disgusting.
In 1917, the Balfour Declaration established British support for a Jewish national home in Palestine. The Ottoman Empire, who had been in control of Palestine since the 1500's, had just been defeated, and British forces took control of Palestine. Six years later (1923), the San Remo conference assigned a mandate for British (it was originally assigned to the French) administration in what was then known as Mandatory Palestine. This furthered and popularized Zionism internationally.
The White Paper of 1939 established restrictions on Jewish immigration and land purchases, and promised the Palestinians full independence within ten years. In response to this, in 1944, the Irgun, an offshoot of the Haganah (the largest Jewish underground militia, who opposed the Irgun), launched a rebellion against British rule. This lasted for years until Palestine was partitioned by the UN. The focus for the Jewish Resistance Movement (a cooperation between all the militias) became much more about the Palestinians themselves rather than British rule.
In 1948, three years after the Jews suffered one of the worst atrocities ever committed in mankind's history, Zionism gained an even deeper and more passionate following, which again is understandable. The British Mandate was now terminated, and the Israeli Declaration of Independence had been established. It seemed as though for the Zionists that the time was right to act on their beliefs.
The Nakba (meaning 'the catastrophe' in Arabic) was the beginning of the forced expulsion, ethnic cleansing, and ultimately the genocide of the Palestinian people. More than 700,000 people were forced from their homes by Zionist paramilitary groups (and subsequently Israeli military forces after the establishment of the State of Israel). 13,000-16,000 people were killed.
Ever since then, the Palestinians have faced countless hardships perpetrated by the Israeli Occupational Forces (formally Israeli Defense Forces, although they're not really defending anything). The first and second Intifadas ('uprising' or 'shaking off' in Arabic) saw Palestinian uprising against Israeli forces. the IOF used these uprisings as an excuse to murder Palestinians and destroy their homes, amongst other atrocities. This is what October 7th, 2023 was. No one should support the killing of any person, and what happened on October 7th was absolutely terrible. But one must consider the entire history of the genocide.
Hamas, who is the current government and military of Palestine, and who is behind the October 7th attacks, was initially funded by Israel in order to counter-balance the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization), and prevent the creation of an independent Palestinian state. When they were elected to govern the Gaza strip in 2006, the legal age to vote in Palestine was 18. As of 2022, 75.9% of current Palestinians were not old enough to vote in this election. Many Palestinians don't approve of Hamas. Despite all this, Zionists still blame Palestinians for electing Hamas, and use that as an excuse to further their campaign of colonization and genocide.
Why repeat history? Why cause the same harm to Palestinians that you faced for centuries? They don't deserve it. No one does.

This music is a complete and total evolution of "Enduring Freedom's" sound. With more of a focus on being progressive & technical rather than achieving the most intense grooves, Act I of "War Crime 2: Genocide Protocol" combines the death metal brutality of bands such as Disgorge, Deicide, Suffocation, Defeated Sanity, Regurgitation, Repudilation, and Devourment, with the complexity of bands such as Atheist, Gorguts, Gojira, and Sadist. It's also influenced by 12-Tone Serialism and its many great composers such as Anton Webern, Arnold Schoenberg, Alban Berg, and Pierre Boulez.
