Amaurosis was written and recorded between the months of March and April of 2020, when the first nationwide lockdown was implemented in France.
Each song on this album was fully composed, recorded, mixed and mastered in the span of a single day, making Amaurosis the most intimate Marunata release to date and offering the listener a raw and sincere display of 眼's (Manako) day-to-day inspiration.
