Tabahi is a thrash metal band comprising of Daniyal Buksh Soomro on vocals, Faiq Ahmed on guitars and Omair Soomro on drums. Hailing from Karachi, Pakistan, Tabahi, takes its cues from 80’s German thrash bands such as Destruction and Kreator, armed with some classic pre-86 Bay Area ideas. With stingy vocals, and claustrophobic riffs, the music will take you right into the heart of Pakistan’s most dangerous city with a pure thrash assault that numbs the brain.
The band released made their footprint in the metal industry worldwide with its debut EP titled Fatwa in 2012, followed by a full-length self-titled album release in 2014. Tabahi released their first Urdu single Hona Hai, written by the renowned writer Sabir Zafar, in 2017.
