After the release of the first demo in October 2006, I took a short break of writing Soufferance music. But I quickly started writing material again from January on, for a planned full-length album to be entitled "Travels Into Several Remote Nations of the Mind". In November of 2007, I compiled certain of the demos for the album into a promotional EP to show some close fans where I was at and what the sound of the album was going to be like.
I recall warning everyone that although they could hear the sound the music had with this promo, they shouldn't base their satisfaction with it. The album was going to be completely different from this, in shape and form.
This promo was ready to be sent to the press for a limited run of 100 cds, but in the last minute I decided to just release it digitally and to not have more promotion than what Mortification Records could do alone. The artwork was also the very first ever made by Niels of Depraved Design.
When you download this EP from this site, you get three more songs that were left off the original version and have since been found and restored.
