This EP contains the song 'Breathing', a song about Kate's daughter Alex and her little sister Niamh. Alex died aged 13 in 2005 of a heart condition that needn't have killed her if she'd been tested. Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) work to raise awareness and funds for screening programmes, to help save young lives.
