Release no. three features a series of recordings in unique environments. Tracks I and II were recorded at Te Papa in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, in our own neighbourhood, utilising an infrequently populated studio room. Tracks III and IV were recorded at Audio Foundation in Tāmaki Makaurau utilising a slew of different components explored from the Musical Electronics Library, and are listed by their respective catalogue identifications. More information on Audio Foundation and MEL can be found through their site. We are grateful for their contributions to audio arts across the country and for the resources and opportunities they provide.

…..
"integument": an enveloping layer of an organism or one of its parts; from Latin "integumentum", from "integere" (to cover)
Integument is a project based around no input mixing and hardware manipulation, as a result of partners Matt and Sophie’s experimentation and musing.
As an exploration beyond traditional means of components, Integument seeks to present the broad capabilities by routing gear unto itself, using feedback as a desired trait and finding freedom in the unpredictable nature and technicality of no input mixing.
